Emergency
Life Support Programs is managed by Jeffrey Meade, who comes to Phelps from
the Westchester County Department of EMS where he was the Emergency Medical
Services Training Coordinator. Jeff has over 20 years of EMS and Emergency Services
experience, and has been teaching both in the classroom and in the field for
over over 15 years.

Nigro, MD

Director
Dr.
Nigro is the Director of the Emergency Department at Phelps and founded the
Emergency Life Support Program in 1984. Dr. Nigro has been instrumental in ensuring
that the residents of our community continue to recieve state-of-the-art prehospital
care through his involvement in the Tri-Community Paramedic Fly Car, EMS Community
Education, and quality assurance. As a board-certified emergency physicial with
over 20 years of experience at Phelps, Dr. Nigro has been a leader in Westcheter
County's emergency medicine community.

Coming
to Phelps with 20 years of experience teaching AHA ECC Programs and Emergency
Prehospital Care, Anne also has 22 years of experience as a professional paramedic
in Queens, New York. She is a graduate of CW Post-LIU with an MPA degree, and
has 3 years of experience in healthcare administration.

Christina
has over 15 years of management experience in the Health/Fitness field. Holding
a B.A. in Biology/Physical Education, she also brings with her 19 years of experience
teaching First Aid/CPR programs.
