Phelps Memorial Hospital is located in Westchester County, 20 miles north of New York City, at the intersection of Route 9 and Route 117. It is situated on the Hudson River, four miles north of the Tappan Zee Bridge on Route 9 in Sleepy Hollow.

Most EMS and ECC Programs are held in the hospital itself. Go into the main hospital entrance and ask the volunteer for directions to your program.

The Emergency Life Support Office is NOT in the hospital. If you make the first right hand turn off the entrance road at the Robin's Nest sign, we're the first brick building on your left. Our office is on the first floor, #110 and #111.
